Text Animation Workaround

There seems to be a kind of quirky behavior to text callouts when you want to scale them with animation.

One of our favorite animations is to configure the “beginning” state of an element with the Scale property set all the way down to zero…then Add an animation to Scale it up creating a ZOOM IN effect.
