Adding a Cool Font to Your Video

If you’re tired of the same old fonts in your videos, why not try something new and that helps set the mood for your content? It might be easier to find a font while surfing the web and seeing it in the context of a specific website.

In the video below I show you an easy way to find a font that looks good on a website and identify it.

Once you know what the font is, you can either determine if you already have it previously installed or you have to locate it and download it.

If you have to locate it you can easily search for it on Google.

Once found, you’ll click a download button to get the font onto your hard drive. From there it is a simple cut and past to place it in your windows “Font” folder and make it available for your videos. Let us know if you have any favorite fonts you like to use in your videos.

Lon and I have been partial to the “Brady Bunch” font for the last couple of years.  It is free and can be found here: http://www.dafont.com/brady-bunch.font
